The evening of November 13, 2026, we will close sign-ups and begin the matching.
2. Find the perfect puzzle gift & send it
We'll email your match's information. Then, you'll have until December 8, 2026 to ship your gift. Once you ship it, email us and let us know you sent it.
3. Receive a gift from your match
When you receive a gift, also email us and/or tag @PuzzlePandas on social media!
Puzzle Secret Santa Rules
By signing up or joining the Puzzle Secret Santa Exchange organized by Puzzle Pandas, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us, the creator of Puzzle Secret Santa, and any other user harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, damages, cost and expense (including reasonable attorney fees) that arise from your negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of these Puzzle Secret Santa Exchange Rules.
1. Age Limit & Responsibilities
In order to access or use Puzzle Secret Santa, you need to be 18 years or older. If you are not at least 18 years old, you may not sign up for a gift exchange. By signing up, you represent, acknowledge, and agree that you are at least 18 years old.
It is your responsibility to understand whether the laws in your jurisdiction (where you access Puzzle-Pandas.com) prohibit services like this and whether any gifts you send are prohibited.
2. Your Privacy
Puzzle Pandas will only share your name and address with your match so they're able to send you your puzzle gift!
3. Use at Your Own Risk
You are signing up for the Puzzle Secret Santa Exchange at your own risk. It is possible you may receive a gift you don’t like, or no gift at all. It is at your discretion to follow any guidance we may provide as part of our services, such as shipping advice or the suggested gift value minimum of $15.00. Any guidance is for informational purposes only, and you agree that we will have no liability with respect to that guidance.
You are solely responsible for shipping. Please keep your own shipping records for the gift you are sending. Puzzles Pandas makes no warranties, expressed or implied, that your package will be delivered to its intended recipient.
4. Things You Cannot Do

Do not break the law. It is your sole responsibility to make sure any item you send complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the laws of the country to which you send a gift. You acknowledge that we have no way of examining or verifying the contents of packages that are mailed. If you feel you have received an item that may violate any law or regulation, please report it to your local law enforcement agency, not Puzzle Pandas. We will not accept any packages sent to us from users in relation to an exchange.

Do not send any of the following prohibited items:

drugs of any type;

weapons of any type;

any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

any material that may promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, promote any act of cruelty to animals, provide instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other weapons, or explain how to bypass any third-party website's security;

any material that may harm a minor in any way;

stolen materials, or unauthorized duplications of copyrighted material such as music, television shows, films, and other forms of media.

Do not use your match’s information for purposes unrelated to completing a gift exchange, including for marketing purposes.

Do not hand-deliver a gift without express consent from your match.
5. Termination
You may terminate these Terms at any time and for any reason by emailing puzzlepandas.usa@gmail.com and requesting to be removed from the exchange.
